English Reading / Book Club (B1+ - C2)
Picking up a tradition started by my own mother here at the Volkshochschule (Honor Nuala Müllan-Hughes) and a request from former students, I wish to here offer a course in which we can jointly explore English through the medium of (contemporary) literature. Learners will be expected to read 50 pages per week on average. What we read is to be decided as a group and it is suggested we follow relevant trends in factual and fictional writing. You are encouraged to come to the first session with ideas of what you would like to read.
To participate in this course you should have at least a good B1 level.
