If you feel confident when using English in everyday situations but not in a business context, then this course could help you close that gap. Improve your knowledge to include the skills you require for business in written and spoken English, e.g. business correspondence (writing letters, emails, memos, reports and CVs), telephoning, giving presentations, participating in meetings, small talk, discussing corporate structure, marketing and much more. Practice and strengthen your English communication skills in the workplace and perform more confidently in English-speaking business contexts. You will practice your oral and written communication skills in areas such as discussing ideas and projects, socialising and maintaining professional relationships, giving presentations, negotiating, cultural differences and etiquette.
